How do I become a Member of the ePhlebology "physician buying group"?

If you are a licensed MD or DO currently practicing phlebology in the USA, then you meet the membership criteria for becoming an ePhlebology Member. You must first submit a completed online signup form. Once your online application is approved by us, we will be provide you with an email confirmation informing you of your ePhlebology Membership Number, including your 'Username' and 'Password' for login purposes.
